How long until I get my order?
Normal shipping time is 2-5 business days from the mailing date. Keep in mind though, that this is the post office we are dealing with, and sometimes there are delays. Check your tracking number for further information. Canadian shipping: your estimated shipping time is 4 days-2 weeks (worst case scenario) depending on your location. Please keep in mind that I only ship internationally 2 days a week, so there may be a slight delay in shipping your package to you.

When will my order be shipped?
Orders will be processed and mailed within 3 business days of placing your order. You will receive an email from paypal with a tracking number when your order ships. The date you get the email from paypal saying a label has been created is the day I mail the package. Canadian/International shipping: I generally ship 2 days a week, (mon and fri) although sometimes I only ship once per week, so there may be a few days delay in mailling.

All of the products I sell are lead and BPA- free.

What does "on hold" mean?
Some items may show as being "on hold". That means that an item is either sold out, out of stock, or otherwise unavailable. Check back though, because that status may change. If something is discontinued, or no longer available, I will add that to the listing. Sometimes the entire store is on hold due to vacation, illness, inventory, etc. If that is the case I will make sure to post it on the store blog and also on the store homepage.

Do you combine shipping?
I do combine shipping, for the US it is $4 for the first item, then $1 for each additional item. Maximum US shipping cost is $10. Canadian shipping is $5 for the 1st, then $1 for each additional, max of $13.
